It is our goal to help you purchase a gi that fits you best and we will work with you to get the best fitting gi.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
All product returns must start by requesting a RMA by emailing email@example.com
All product returns should be returned properly folded in a non-ripped manufacturer bag. The product should be clean and not worn or washed. There is no additional charges for your return or exchange when returned by the customer.
Customer are eligible for full refunds (except for shipping charges) or in store credits for future purchases.
Items that are returned with ripped or missing retail packaging will incur a $10 restocking fee
Items that are returned which are worn, washed, dirty or otherwise not resellable will be returned to the customer and refunds/credits will not be issued.
